Zoot Sims(西姆斯)的演奏樸實無華，簡單又合乎邏輯，尤其是情感上的控制，特別出色。他吹出自然的聲音，令人一聽難忘，奠定搖擺(swing)的定義。當年GRP垂青這專輯發行，但只有14首歌，可惜已經絕版了。他將三支薩克斯吹奏及組合在一起，產生出色的三重奏聲音，帶出既生動又富於想像力的音樂，處處充滿驚喜，令人讚嘆不已。如只推薦一張Zoot Sims專輯，儘管就是這東西！
